This cartire cutter is PlaygroundIDEAS prototype 2 for how to remove a sidewall easily from a car or truck tire uling a sharp utility knife. We are looking fro engineers and designers to help us to perfect this design to share open source with the playground building community in developing countries who often have little resources and this would help to prepare tires quicly and easily.
